After a week of a fairly involved plumbing issue I can genuinely say that Beis Plumbing is the best plumbing company I have ever hired in our area. After 20+ years of home ownership I feel like I’ve worked with most of the big companies in STL and the professionalism of Beis is unmatched. Sarah and Melissa in the office were so helpful in getting plumbers to my home same day. Gabe and Zach could not have been nicer or tried harder to fix our problem. The communication was clear, the service was top notch, and the prices were fair. In the future, I know that Beis will be my first call—every time. If you’re looking for a plumber that is fast, efficient, knowledgeable, and fair with pricing I can assure you that you will not find a better company than this one. I had Beis out to address a leaking pipe in my basement. The tech, Derek, was super nice, professional, and thorough. He fixed the issue in a timely manner and made sure to inform my wife and I of all steps taken to address the problem. Beis was able to schedule us according to our needs and were super easy to work with. Pricing was very reasonable and I would absolutely utilize their services again.

What a great experience! I noticed a leak in my toilet in the basement that was starting to puddle with water and called Beis Plumbing. They offered a free quote online after sending some pictures/video and were able to get someone to my house within an hour! Kyle was super friendly and went above and beyond to not only fix the problem I called for, but also made sure other valves and water lines were in good shape as well. I will definitely be calling Beis Plumbing again for any and all plumbing needs!

Kyle did an awesome job with replacing shower head/trim, touch less kitchen faucet and garbage disposal during the same visit. He was thorough with explaining what he was doing and kept us informed throughout the visit. The work itself was top notch. Highly recommend.

I called Beis plumbing after we had disconnected our clothes washer for a move. Both the hot and cold water would not turn off and were dripping pretty actively. I tried calling a number of places and no one could come out for a week. I called Beis and they were able to come out the next morning. Glen and Jordan came in, assessed the situation and were able to be in and out quickly. They asked questions to help me understand how they would address the issue. I would use Beis Plumbing again for our plumbing needs.

We needed a new water heater and had prompt response from Beis Plumbing. Kyle was our installer and he arrived as scheduled, removed the old heater, and did a very nice job installing the new one. We had to make some other changes to bring things up to code and Kyle explained why they were needed. No one wants an unexpected expense like this but we are very happy to have hot water again and great service from Beis Plumbing !

my husband called and immediately connected with the office staff. they were extremely helpful, professional and practical. he got a second bid and knew they had given him a good deal. the installers of our hot water heater were quick and efficient. we love our new hot water heater. it was an excellent experience. i highly recommend them.

Every person I spoke to was incredibly nice and helpful. We had a new water heater the day after I called. The techs were on time and friendly. I would highly recommend using this company!!! And the cherry on top ... they were $500-$1000 cheaper than other companies.
